Speech and Language Therapist /Assistive Technology Consultant Job Description: • Supervise and deliver speech and language services to identified children • Complete evaluations using a multidisciplinary team approach for eligibility considerations • Provide district administration with recommendations with regard to AT/ACC needs • Provide AT evaluations • Provide training to parents so that they may support their child’s communication in the home setting • All other duties assigned by Harrison County Exceptional Learners Cooperative administration Requirements: • Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology • Certificate of Clinical Competence • Indiana Speech-Language Pathology License • Indiana Teaching License – Communication Disorders Preferred: • School experience providing speech and language services to preschool age children • Assistive Technology Professional Certificate • Experience with school based assistive technology • Ability to provide supervision for SLP Assistant Salary determined per district established schedule.
